is a fully adjustable, revalvable, rebuildable remote reservoir
rear shock absorber for the 1986-99 KX60 and the 1998-2000 SX65.
The shock has individual compression and rebound damping to allow
you to fine tune your suspension for the increasing demands of
today's racing terrains. The shock features a 33mm steel body
with a 12.5 mm hard chrome shaft. The shaft is guided by low friction
teflon coated bushings keeping stiction to a minimum. The seals
are high quality wiper-type with a separate dust seal. The shock
can also be revalved to suit the exact needs of your riding style
and ability.
This kit replaces broken rebound adjuster screw on
early Showa forks. The stock adjuster was made of soft brass and
twists-off when over tightening the rebound screw. The replacement
is made of hard stainless steel and allows for a low cost permanent
fix, to the replacement of the whole fork cap.
